Where We Are

Letter to the Long Beach Medical Community

Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging has joined RadNet, the nation’s largest network of outpatient medical imaging centers. We will remain as the local radiologists for your imaging interpretations and consultations. All of the members of our dedicated and patient friendly staff have continued their employment relationship here at the center to continue to serve you and your patients. Our new, local affiliation with Los Coyotes Imaging will allow for consolidation of resources and expansion of services for patients, now and in the future.

With more than 85 centers in Southern California RadNet is able to secure broad, lasting partnerships with payors and medical groups. This will enable Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging to provide more services to patients and providers in the Signal Hill and Long Beach community.

RadNet also has access to capital and financing to invest in new imaging equipment and software platforms. This will better allow us to develop and expand medical imaging services in the Long Beach area to meet anticipated growth.

Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging is currently being integrated into the RadNet network, and is implementing a new advanced picture archiving and communication (PACS) and radiology information systems (RIS). These systems allow sharing of patient images and medical records across the RadNet network of imaging centers, including the local Long Beach centers. Referring physicians and offices will have access to a web-based platform for tracking and viewing patient images and reports performed at any RadNet center locally or nationally.

Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging appreciates your confidence and support by allowing us to participate in your patients’ health care. We hope to continue to provide personal and caring medical imaging services to you and your patients for many years to come.

If you have any questions or comments regarding Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging’s new partnership with RadNet, please do not hesitate to call us. We are always available for you.

Thank you and best, always,

Kay Yan, M.D.                    James L. (Jay) Amster, M.D.
